EARTH & ELEVATE - iRON YOGA

    IRON YOGA

    This practice weaves together the fluid breath-centered movement of Vinyasa with the grounding strength of static weight training. It creates a powerful bridge between discipline and flow—where muscle meets mindfulness.  We use weights ranging from 1 to 5lbs, resistance bands, and ankle weights. Through intentional movement and controlled resistance, you’ll build functional strength, steady focus, and embodied awareness. The result is a transformative full-body experience that strengthens from the inside out while laying a resilient foundation for the continued evolution of your yoga journey.
