Ready to take your yoga practice to new heights? Join our Intro to Aerial Yoga Series and experience the fun of floating through poses! This in-person class is perfect for beginners who want to explore aerial techniques in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Get ready to stretch, strengthen, and soar with us—no prior experience needed.

This four-week Intro to Aerial Yoga series is great for new students. Aerial Yoga incorporates a soft hammock to explore, refine, and advance traditional yoga poses, both in the air and on the ground. This class will provide students with the basics, helping them feel more comfortable attending all-level classes. 

All Levels are welcome. No yoga experience is required. Space is limited. Age requirement: All participants must be over 13 years of age. An adult must accompany all minors. Adults must take the series along with a child and purchase 2 tickets. Purchase and reserve your spot online for all 4 weeks. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to each class. You must wear a T-shirt that covers your armpits, yoga leggings that fit snugly to your ankles, and no shorts. All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. * All-in price includes service fee + tax.

In this floating sound bath, you will have space to unwind, release tension, and explore the depths of your consciousness. In the first half of class, we will explore a beginner-friendly, gentle aerial yoga practice, followed by resting in a silk aerial hammock, guided by the gentle resonance of various instruments, including crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and a wind gong. You may experience a range of sensations, from tingling waves of energy to profound insights and emotional release. 

No Aerial Yoga experience is necessary to enjoy this Floating Aerial Sound Bath. It’s recommended to dress warmly and comfortably, wear socks, bring a small pillow and an eye mask, arrive calmly & quietly, and arrive 15 minutes early.

 in front of the Lotus Pond

 from June 6 - to September 26. 

Join me for my scheduled teachings at the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden on June 27, July 18, August 29, and Sept 19. 

Practice is beginner-friendly and designed to improve flexibility, strength, and mind-body connection. Pittsburgh Botanic Garden’s peaceful gardens and woodlands provide an excellent environment for focusing and immersing yourself in this practice. Please bring your own yoga mat for the session. Yoga at the Garden is suitable for adults and youth 16-18, accompanied by an adult. This class is open to individuals of all levels of yoga experience. 

The price is $15 for garden members and $20 for non-members. Enjoy the garden after practice! Rain or shine, we'll have class!
